Two things worth doing before you run anything

Put your details in once. Your business name, services, audience, tone and policies get substituted into the brackets, so the drafts sound like you instead of a template. Your details.

Know what not to paste. Customer names, addresses, card numbers, access codes, health detail and staff disciplinary records do not belong in a chat window. The prompts that touch those areas carry a check first note.
