Your details
Type it once. Stop retyping it in every bracket.
Your business name, what you sell, who you serve, how you sound and the policies you actually apply. Prompts can then be copied with those details already substituted. It is optional, it takes two minutes, and it stays on this device.
The details we reuse
Only the fields you fill are substituted. Empty ones leave the bracket exactly as it was, which is better than a blank space where a policy should be.

The same prompt, before and after
This is a short example, not a library prompt. The mechanism is the same for every prompt with brackets.
Before
Write a reply for [BUSINESS NAME] to a customer about [ISSUE]. Our policy is [POLICY]. Prices: [PRICE]. We are open [HOURS]. Use a [TONE] tone and sign off with [CONTACT].
With your details

Already have a prompt open?
Paste it here and the brackets we know about are filled. Useful for prompts from the paid files, or anything you have edited yourself.
What not to put in here
Do not store customer names, staff names, addresses, card or bank details, access codes, health information or anything covered by a confidentiality agreement. This is for the words you would put on your own website. The substitution happens in the browser; nothing is sent to us.
