Your subscription

The card, the receipts and the cancel button, in one place.

The subscription is held by our checkout — Polar — which is also the merchant of record: they take the payment, they handle the sales tax, and the receipt comes from them. This page is the door to it. There is no password kept on this site, because there is nothing here to sign in to.

Use the email address you paid with. Polar sends a one-time code to it, so there is no password to remember — and none to forget. Inside the portal you can change the card, download invoices and receipts, re-download a drop you deleted, or cancel.

What you can do there

  • Change the card. The new one is charged from the next renewal, never mid-month.
  • Get a receipt. Every order has an invoice, and you can put a business name and address on it.
  • Cancel. It stops at the end of the month you've paid for; the files already in your folder stay yours.
  • Re-download. A drop you deleted by accident is still there. So is the whole library you joined with.
  • Get a refund. Within 30 days of a payment, email us and we'll refund it in full — no form, no questions. Read the refund policy.

One subscription: $12.99 a month for the first three months, then $19.99. The account is made at checkout in the same step as the payment — nothing to sign up for in advance and nothing to remember afterward. The three free prompts need no account at all.

Already subscribed and stuck?

Email hello@seconddraft.dev from the address you paid with. A person answers, usually the same day — and if Polar's portal has locked you out, that person can reopen it. Refunds are handled the same way: the 30-day policy applies even when a portal button is missing.

Straight answer about this page

This site has no login, and that is on purpose. We keep no accounts, no passwords and no database behind this page: our server does one job, which is handing over the pages and the free files. Whatever you type at checkout goes to Polar, not to us. That means nobody can sign in as you here, because there is nothing to sign in to — and if we ever add a members-only area, this page will say so in these words before it goes live.
